Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Services
IIHSR Consultancy provides guidance, advisory, mentoring, and consultancy services related to higher education, including course selection, research support, application assistance, and academic mentoring. All services are non-academic and advisory in nature. IIHSR Consultancy does not award degrees, diplomas, or academic credits.

2. No Guarantee of Admission or Outcome
IIHSR Consultancy does not guarantee university admission, scholarships, research approval, thesis acceptance, examination results, or degree completion. Final decisions rest solely with universities, institutions, supervisors, and academic authorities.

3. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. IIHSR Consultancy shall not be liable for outcomes affected by incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.

4. Fees & Payments
All consultancy fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are charged for professional time, expertise, and advisory services rendered and are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

5. Refund Policy
No refunds shall be issued for services already delivered, partially delivered, or discontinued by the client. Exceptional cases may be reviewed at the sole discretion of IIHSR Consultancy.

6. Confidentiality
IIHSR Consultancy maintains confidentiality of client information and documents. Information will not be shared with third parties except where required for service delivery or by law.

7. Intellectual Property
All advisory materials, templates, and guidance provided remain the intellectual property of IIHSR Consultancy and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
IIHSR Consultancy shall not be held liable for decisions made by universities, supervisors, examiners, or external authorities, nor for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Service Modifications
IIHSR Consultancy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services, pricing, or terms without prior notice.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction of IIHSR Consultancy.

11. Acceptance of Terms
Engaging with IIHSR Consultancy services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
