Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service-Based Policy
IIHSR Consultancy provides professional consultancy, advisory, mentoring, and guidance services related to higher education and research. Fees charged are for time, expertise, and professional services rendered and not for guaranteed outcomes.

2. Advance Payment Requirement
All consultancy fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commencement of any service is considered confirmation of payment and acceptance of this policy.

3. Non-Refundable Services
Once a service has commenced, all fees are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, services involving course or university shortlisting, research topic identification, proposal guidance, application support, thesis mentoring, and viva/defence preparation.

4. Partial Services & Client Withdrawal
If a client chooses to discontinue or withdraw from a service after commencement, no refund shall be provided for the unused or partially delivered portion of the service.

5. Pre-Commencement Cancellation
If a cancellation request is received before the commencement of services, IIHSR Consultancy may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial refund after deducting administrative, processing, and consultation charges.

6. Delays Caused by Client
No refunds will be issued for delays, non-responsiveness, or failure to provide required documents or information from the client side.

7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to exceptional or unavoidable circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund remains solely at the discretion of IIHSR Consultancy.

8. No Refund for External Decisions
IIHSR Consultancy is not responsible for decisions made by universities, academic supervisors, examiners, immigration authorities, or third-party institutions. No refunds will be issued based on such external outcomes.

9. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed using the original payment method and may be subject to banking or transaction charges.

10. Policy Updates
IIHSR Consultancy reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

11. Acceptance of Policy
Engaging with IIHSR Consultancy services constitutes full understanding and acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
